COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
(A) SAFETY KEY
Safety Key is for the operation and emergency stop. Before beginning a workout session ensure
safety key is securely attached to an article of your clothing.
(B) FAST/SLOW / BUTTON
They are for adjusting Speed, choosing Program and Level .
(C) START/STOP BUTTON
It’s to start the machine and figures 5 to 0 will count down in the window before machine starts. It’s
also to stop the machine.
(D) ENTER BUTTON
It’s to confirm the setting data.
(E) UP/DOWN / BUTTON
They are for adjusting Incline, choosing Program and Level .
(F) QUICK SPEED BUTTON (3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13KPH)
QUICK INCLINE BUTTON (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12%)
Press Quick Speed / Incline button can reach the desired speed / incline immediately.
WARNING:
Please be more careful when pressing quick speed button especially at high speed of
9, 11, 13kph.
(G) PULSE SENSOR PLATE
Both hands must hold on both of the left and right plate at the same time to read your heart beat
on the computer. On the right plate, there are two buttons / for adjusting speed, and on the
left plate, there are two buttons / for adjusting incline.

EXTENDABLE HOLDER:
It's at the top of computer to fix tablet.
WARNING:
Do not use smart phone or tablet when you are running on the machine to avoid any
danger happens to you.
