Refrigerator Door Switches and Lights
A new light switch design is used on this
product. The left and right door switches are
actuated by a pad inserted into the hinge,
see figure 1.
Remove the screws and drop down the
screw end of the socket to unhook the oppo-
site side lip from the cabinet, see figure 4.
Figure 2 depicts the actuating pad depress-
ing the door switch. The door switches are
enclosed in a metal shield. The shield should
always be replaced after servicing.
The RC lights are secured to the cabinet with
¼” Hex head screws, see figure 3.
