GSM dialer malfunction

information please refere to the relevant meaning:
Information: SIM CARD EXPIRY
Information : WEAK SIGNAL
Information : NETWORK REGISTRATION FAILED
Information : GSM MODULE NO ANSWER
Information : SIM CARD FAILURE
Information : GSM CONNECTION TROUBLES
Remote access and control not operating.
1 Telephone line not conneted or faulty -check phone line with another phone.
2 Remote access disable (ringing tone set to 00).
3 Incorrect User Password /PIN entered .
Control panel does not call the stored CMS and users when alarming.
1 Telephone line not conneted or faulty -check phone line with another phone.
2 The user phone number and CMS number have not been correctly stored.
3 CMSservice agrement not signed p or expired.
4 Alarm message not stored.
