Q4: I can access the router but not Internet, what should I do?

Make sure you have entered the correct internet address in your browser.
➢
Make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to your router.
➢
Make sure the power outlet that your router is connected has power and you
have successfully connected to the router.
➢
Turn off your router’s power, then turn it back on again to reboot your router.
➢
Restoring your router to its factory defaults and erase all custom settings.
➢
If you have tried all the ways above and several websites with same results,
contact your ISP to see if there is problem with your modem.
Q5: I cannot find my wireless network or I cannot connect the wireless network, what
should I do?

If you see the message “No connections are available”, the wireless function of your
computer might be disabled or blocked.

Make sure the wireless function of your device is enabled if you are using a
built-in wireless adapter. Refer to the user manual or contact the
manufacturer if you are not sure about how.
2.
Make sure the correct driver for your wireless adapter is installed and the
wireless function is enabled.

If you can see other wireless connections except yours, follow the steps below:

Check if the 2.4G and 5G wireless network indicators on your router are
steady light.
2.
Make sure your computer is placed within the range of your router, move it
closer if it is currently too far.

to make sure your network names are not
hidden.
