From the Select Serial Port tab, highlight the corresponding computer serial
port (the same you used in step 1 on page 2-21) and click OK (Figure 2-27).

Notice: If in doubt about the location of your modem, click Locate
Modem. In this way, PDLCONF will try to automatically
capture your modem. This process can take a few
minutes.

From the same pop-up menu, click Set Capture Method->Soft Break
(Figure 2-28).

Click Load to connect to the radio (Figure 2-29).
