Section 5. Operating Instructions
1. Broadcast or Spread Salt into Shallow End of Pool. Do Not Add Salt through
Skimmers, Main Drain or Surge Tank.
2. Set Unit to "00" % for 24 Hours. The AquaPure must read "00" for 24 hours
after the salt has been added and circulated in the pool.

adjustments to production should be made in 10% increments.
Salinity
Press the

to check the salinity of the water in pool.
Boost

mode (Note ‘

’ will fl ash intermittently).
Boost
can be
used to set chlorine production to maximum (100%) for 24 hours
of operation. After 24 hours of chlorinator run time, chlorine
production will return to previous setting. To clear the
Boost
mode,
press and hold the
Temperature
button again for 10 seconds.
NOTE The Chlorine Production Rate buttons can be used to adjust the output % when the AquaPure is controlled
by the AquaLink RS only when the AquaLink RS is placed into Service Mode. (This feature is available with
AquaPure front PCB fi rmware version 11230A05 or later. Your fi rmware revision number can be found on the
back of the front AquaPure PCB.) If arrow button
A or arrow button B is pressed, JA in the AquaPure display
indicates that the AquaLink RS is controlling the AquaPure and desired output percentages.
The Boost button at the AquaPure Control Panel will start Boost cycle when the AquaLink RS is online.
