Right-click on the MAC ID in the Chiptool list and select

IP configuration

in the context

menu.

Current IP configuration of the device is displayed.

By default the device tries to get an IP address from a DHCP server at start.

Check if the current settings match the needs of the network (ask network administrator for
further information).

If necessary uncheck

Use DHCP

checkbox and set IP address manually.

button.

Chiptool asks for a password.

If a firewall is run, make sure that it does not block any network functions of the Chiptool.
