Do not use alcohol or petrol based solvents

Step

Action

Rinse the device with fresh water.

The transducer cap must not be greasy, clean with liquid soap to remove any grease or

deposits. Do not use alcohol or petrol-based solvents on the neoprene casing.

It is advised to clean the O-ring seals as well as the seal housings and to grease them

with silicone before closing the transponder. Replace damaged or scratched seals (Refer

to § Maintenance).
