6. Alarm reset procedure
In case of LED of
key lights on, by depressing
key, alarm shall be reset.
In case of LED of
key lights on, non-voltage contact signal or open collector signal from the externals shall
reset alarm.
Other work shall not be accepted until all of alarms are released.

Press

key simultaneously to release the key protection. After the protection is released,

according to item 4-2 “setting change” on page 22.

• When the pump is stopped and air piping is removed or bolts on pump are loosened, it may
