• Temperature of the liquid being pumped must
not exceed 35’ C.
• It is prohibited to pump water out of swimming
pools when people are therein.
• It is prohibited to change the device’s internal
design.
• Should the device be operated in dangerous
areas (e.g., at filling stations), the proper safety
prescriptions are to be observed. Any use in the
explosive hazard facilities is shall be forbidden.
Operation
• The operator should use the device only for its
intended purposes. Local conditions must be taken
into consideration. During operation ensure that
there are no bystanders, especially children nearby.
• Operating the machine in suspended position
shall be forbidden.
• Mounting the machine on the bottom of a
natural res ervoir shall be forbidden, as mud or sand
may enter inside the impeller’s chamber and block
the further operation. To prevent it, the machine
shall be placed on a solid basis, e.g. on a brick.
• Use special handle for transporting the machine;
car rying on cables or hoses shall be forbidden.
Setup
Mounting fittings
• Screw the fitting (8)
into the thread of the
outlet fitting (3).
• Screw the universal
fitting (4) onto another
end of the fitting (8).
Do not apply the
excessive force white
connect ing the fittings
(8) and (4); do not use
wrenches in order not to
cause damage to threaded joints (8).
Accessories and spare parts
Use only accessories and spare parts approved by
the manufacturer. Trouble free operation of the
device can be assured through the use of original
accesso ries and spare parts.
Initial operation
The connected hoses must be:
• quite short:
• Must have quite a big diameter;
• must be aligned evenly;
• must not be rumpled or tied like knot.
Insert the cord of the automatic
floating switch (1) into the groove of
the carrying handle (2). By means of
adjusting the cable length from the
groove to the automatic floating
switch (1) the lowest level of the fluid
can be set. at which the machine will
be switched off automatically.
Switching On/Off
Switching on:
The machine is switched on by plugging in the
power cord, if the position of the automatic floating
switch (1) differs from the position having been set
for the lowest fluid level.
Switching off:
The machine will be switched off if the automatic
float ing switch (1) reaches the position that
corresponds to the lowest fluid level setting.
Operation recommendations
• Do not exceed the recommended maximum
pump ing height.
• Dirt and other particles in the fluid can cause the
fall in the machine’s capacity.
• Pay attention at operation that the automatic
floating switch (1) is able to float freely and that
nothing can obstruct its sinking along with the
decrease of the fluid level.
Universal fitting
The universal fitting (4) enables to use hoses of
differ ent internal diameters (22 or 32 mm), including
those that are equipped with the threaded fitting
(pipe thread 33,3 mm /1G).
Should the hose with internal diameter 30 mm be
used, the upper part of the universal fitting (4) shall
be cut off.
Deaeration
In course of submersing the machine into the fluid,
the air can be present in the impeller’s chamber
and will be released automatically via the opening
(7) at starting the machine. At that air bubbles are
released form the opening (7) that is not a machine
fault but a manifesta tion of deaeration.
