n the event of a problem on one of the main or additional toggles, the
wing can still be steered by traction on the remaining working toggle
or moderately pulling on the rear risers (row D). The actions on the
risers will have to be of low amplitude to prevent the risk of stalling
the wing as the maneuverability will be considerably reduced when
compared to piloting with the main and/or additional controls.
EMERGENCY STEERING
To guard against a possible gradient effect and keep an energy re-
serve for the final ground effect, it will be advantageous to maintain
sufficient airspeed on the upwind landing approach while coming in
on a straight path.
In strong winds, at the time of landing, the pilot will, after maintaining
ground control of the wing, place his hands through the toggles and
quickly turnaround to face the glider before pulling symmetrically
and forcefully on the rear risers to collapse it.

DEFLATION
In the event of a problem with the main controls (toggles), your wing
can be piloted by moderately pulling the rear risers.
