8. WARRANTY
The dynamometer models mentioned in this manual are guaranteed for 6 months from the purchase
date.
This warranty includes the replacement of all defective elements at our plant at your earliest
convenience.
Transportation and packing costs from and to our premises are not covered by this guarantee. Costs not
expressly indicated in this contract are the responsibility of the customer.
For any disputes requiring ruling by a court, the customer expressly waives any jurisdiction to which he
may be entitled and subjects himself to the courts of Barcelona. Purchase of this dynamometer includes
the agreement with the warranty conditions stated herein.
