5.2.5. Negative TARE
If a weight stored as tare is removed from the dynamometer, the dynamometer displays a negative tare
on the display (Fig. 12), which means that the dynamometer has been loaded with a weight smaller than
the value stored as a tare. This condition can be removed in 2 ways:
- by replacing the removed weight, e. g., enter the weight removed from the dynamometer again, in order
to display the net weight again or
- by pressing the "
→
0
←
" (ZEROING) button.
If the latter method is used, the stored tare is cleared and the dynamometer is once again ready for the
next operation (Fig. 13).
