9.6. Communication
Temperature
Ventilation
If there are problems with communication between
your thermostat and a connected device, the following
notifications may appear:
Notification Cause Solution
The TEMPERATURE button
flashes.
Communication with the heat
pump has been interrupted.

Check the device in question and fix
the error.
The TEMPERATURE symbols/
buttons are not visible.
The heat pump is not connected
to the thermostat.
●
Connect the thermostat to the heat
pump.
The VENTILATION button flashes. Communication with the
ventilation unit has been
interrupted.

Check the device in question and fix
the error.
The symbols/buttons for
VENTILATION are not visible.
The ventilation unit is not
connected to the thermostat.
●
Turn on the thermostat to the
ventilation unit.
9.7. Sensor error
If the temperature sensor in the thermostat is faulty, you
will see 2 white dashes at the location of the room
temperature.

Caution!
The error or defect cannot be fixed. Contact your
installer.
