13335
Pseudo tacho signal error.
Board HDI produces a signal warning that the loom is turning at a speed above or
below 200 picks/min. The software constantly compares this signal against the
speed required. If the speeds are not coherent, error 13335 is generated.
This error can be reset by jogging the loom in slow motion; if it persists:
- check board HDI fuses
- board HDI has not been calibrated correctly
- the motor speed is not correct (problems with the drive or connections).
To calibrate board HDI: turn the loom at a continuous running of 200 picks/min and
then adjust the pseudo-tacho trimmer until the corresponding led changes its
status (it goes out if it was on and vice-versa).
13336
Unacceptable enabling relay status signal
The loom software checks the coherence of the signals concerning the KD2 relays
and the drive every 30 ms. Alarm 13336 is generated if the signals are not
coherent.
Reset the alarm by jogging the loom in slow motion. If the alarm persists, check:
KD2 and the Run, Stop, Relay Safe signals from the drive.
13337
No coherence between heald sensor and rapier/reed sensor: this means that the
rapiers are entering the shed when the shed is closed. You can try resetting the
error by jogging the loom in slow motion; if the error persists, switch the loom off
and manually extract the rapiers from the shed.
13338
The rapier/reed encoder has moved while the coupling is released. This means
that either the release operation has failed or the electromagnet anchor has been
released. Likely causes:
- excessive play in the encoder joints (see parag. A.13)
- coupling holding voltage too low
- incorrect coupling gap
- manufacturer defects in coupling
13339
Drive OK signal active before switching the drive on: drive faulty or an error in the
signal connections.
13340
Electromechanical brake engaged with loom moving. Safety check to prevent the
motor from turning while the brake is engaged, leading to premature wearing of the
brake. Under certain alarm conditions, the brake may be engaged while the loom
is still slowing down and so still moving, leading to this alarm.
Jog the loom in slow motion; try switching the loom off and back on again if
necessary.
13341
The rapier/reed encoder is turning in the wrong direction.
13342
No rapier/reed encoder zero. Check signal path: from the encoder to board HDI,
then from board HDI to board BCS, and then from this board to board RTC.
