13330
Sees sensor on rapier/reed unit, but not the one on the dobby during the start pick-
up or when running at continuous running.
This may be due to incorrect staggering between the loom and the dobby or wrong
adjustment of the sensors. You need to switch the loom off and then back on
again.
It's quite normal for this alarm to appear if the sensors and encoder have yet to be
adjusted. If you still want to start the loom up at continuous running (
without any
style loaded
), see “Inhibit staggering controls at continuous running” in paragraph
“Test functions".
13331
Oil pump off during slow motion or pick-finding. Jog the loom in slow motion to
reset the alarm.
13332
Oil pump off or min pressure switch in alarm, during start pick-up or at continuous
running. You need to switch the loom off and then back on again.
If this alarm persists, check the oil pump (power supply, direction of rotation) and
the pressure switches.
13333
A general loom emergency stop has been generated during a movement (due to
causes outside the Hi Drive application). You need to switch the loom off and then
back on again.
13334
Automatic restart lamp flashing error.
Reset the alarm by jogging the loom in slow motion. If this alarm occurs frequently,
the cause could be:
- an error in the flashing frequency (adjustable using a trimmer on board HDI)
