MAINTENANCE

Regular work

Italmoto recommends that you have the e-bike serviced once a year at a qualified
specialist workshop.

Before each journey

•  Check tyres and wheels
•  Check the drive belt
•  Check the battery lock
•  Inspect the functioning of the brake system
•  Inspect the brake system for wear
•  Check bolt and screw connections

Every 300 - 500 km (186 - 310 miles)

•  Check the drive belt for wear and correct tension/ routing
•  Remove dirt from the drive belt and belt pulleys
•  Check that all bolt and screw connections are fastened securely
•  Measure the brake disc wear
