REMOVING/FITTING THE BAT-

TERY

Removing the battery

•  Switch off the system.
•  Lift the e-bike seat (page 9) until you 

have enough room to lift and remove 
the battery.

•  On the right-hand side of the e-bike: 

unlock battery lock (1) with key. Turn 
the key counter clockwise putting 
pressure until unlock the battery.

•  Lift the battery from the handle and re-

move it vertically.

If the battery’s lock cylinder does not en-
gage properly, the battery is not secured. 
The battery could fall out of the battery 
holder while you are riding the bike. There 

is a risk of an accident.
Always install the battery as described in 
the instructions and make sure that the 
battery has been locked.
