After 10’’ the machine goes back to main screen.
Modifying the beating:
Press the
Beating
button. Beating can be edited in:
- High Speed (clockwise rotation direction)
Beating
button LED steady on
- Continuous Low Speed (counter-clockwise rotation direction)
Beating
button LED flashing quickly
- Intermittent Low Speed (counter-clockwise rotation direction),
Beating
button LED flashing
slowly (it can be selected only in the aging/storage phase).
NOTE:
The intermittent beating times may also be modified by the user by entering the User Programming
screen (refer to the USER PROGRAMMING paragraph).

Easy mix 120 Plus
After washing, sanitizing and thoroughly rinsing the machine right before its use, according to
the instructions given in chapter “CLEANING”, pour the mix into the hopper according to the
quantity desired and respecting the minimum and maximum values shown in the table (Sec. 1.2.2);
the hopper is provided with an inside graduation for an approximate indication of mix quantity
contained (see picture below).
Before pouring the mix, make sure that the dispensing spigot is perfectly closed.
Note
The hopper lid is not perfectly closed and prevents the machine operation.
The cycle is started from the
STOP
mode (indicator light on).
4 automatic cycles are available in the Easy Mix Plus:
- Pasto +85
- Pasto +90
- Pasto +65
- Cooling/Aging

Use the Increase and Decrease buttons to move the asterisk alongside the required cycle.
By pressing the
AUTO

a second menu will show up. This will allow you to select the
kind of operation you need in accordance with the product quantity inside the hopper. By using
the
Increase
and
Decrease
buttons select now one of the following:
* 120 - 60 Full Filling
60 - 40 Half Filling
* 60 - 40 Half Filling
60 - 40 Plus Half Filling Plus
The display shows:
MIX ADDED?
The cycle starts automatically after 3 seconds or upon pressing the
AUTO
button again.
