5 Trouble shooting
Note

Turn off the power before check, repair, or maintain.
Note
！！
Please do not repair or disassemble the lubricator for the faults not listed below.
You should consult and inform the
iSH
AN
workshop at once.
Fault Cause Rectification
Lamps are not shining
Electricity cut-out
Check leads and plugs
Lamps fault.
Change new lamps.
Wrong voltage used
Use proper power supply.
Fault at the IC-control
New IC-control nessecary
Lamps are shining but
no discharge of oil
Oillevel switch does not work
Change oillevel switch
Oil insufficient.
Add oil to the proper level.
Pumpmotor does not run
Change pumpmotor
Pump is working but
no discharge
Air in the pump hosing
Wait for about 1 minute. If no
discharge of oil, please relax the
thimble nut on the elbow joint to
remove the air inside the pipe.
Fasten the thimble nut.after the
oil flowes out.
Disassemble piping. Switch
power on and check if oil could
be discharged. If not, the gear
pump might be blocked.
Clean the pump. If it does
not work, change pump
Disassemble piping. Switch
power on and check if oil could
be discharged. If does, the
lubricator is ok and the oilpipe
might be choked or crashed.
Find the crashed section and
change new pipe.
If you have installed the
pressure switch, check the
pressure of the oil pipe. If the
pressure had been built up, your
pressure switch or limit switch
might be fault. Else, the pipe or
the pump-motor shoult be fault.
If pressure hadn’t been built up,
see above. Else, if the pressure
had been built up correctly,
please consult the iSHAN
workshop to change a new
pressure switch.
