B Hooked End Stops
Any combination of flat and hooked end stops can be used to rest the SmartSnap or any other
connector on
C ARC Cam
Fitting instructions:
1 Remove the ARC Cam from the Zippey trolley (Fig. 1) using T15 security torx
2 Place the axle through the cam assembly and place the side frames onto the shoulder of each end
of the axle (Fig. 2 & 4). Pay special attention to the side frames to be fitted
IMPORTANT: Version 2 & 3 have a chamfer at the bottom of the frame
3 Ensure that the captive nuts are located on the inside of the side frames (Fig 3a & 3b)
4 Offer the assembly up to the trolley, align the screw holes in the trolley with the holes in the ARC
side frames. Fit the T20 screws (apply a small amount of thread lock prior to fitting) until they are
completely snug and then torque to 2.5Nm
D Grab Catch
1 Slide bracket (a) into bumper (b). Ensure holes line-up and insert sleeve (c)
2 Place assembly into Zippey
3 Ensure pre-applied nylon patch (Fig. 3) (blue) is visible on screw. Fit screw x 2. Using 2 x T20
screwdriver, tighten to 3Nm.
4 Assembly Complete
E Grip Link Handle Bar
1 Ensure Spacer (c) is in the correct orientation. Fit washer (d) on each side of the spacer
2 Locate grip-link (b)
3 Insert axle (e) from gate side through items (b,d,c,d,b). Fit washer (f) and nut (g). Tighten
nut (g) to 6Nm
4 Fit E-clip (h). Ensure E-clip is not damaged or distorted. Correct fitment is important

1 Fig. 1 shows the kit of parts as received
2 Disassemble the kit—remove the nyloc nut that is fitted (but not secured) to the cross-bar (Fig. 2)
Remove the washer, end-plate, long spacer and short spacer
3 Insert the small spacer between the side frames, and locate the crossbar through the centre
hole. Slide the crossbar through the Ø10mm hole in the first side frame. Continue to pass the cross -
bar through the second frame. Slide the long spacer over the exposed crossbar. Attach the end-
plate (ISC mark facing outwards and towards the attachment point of the trolley). Place the washer
and nyloc nut onto the crossbar and tighten.
4 Ensure the assembly is secure and there is no movement in the parts
