ing surface kits is properly installed per
the instructions provided in kit (Instr. #

Check that all chimney pipe joints are
secured and installed according to the
manufacturers instruction.
Be sure all roof flashings are watertight
(if applicable).
Ensure baffle and brick are properly
installed (see Pages 17 and 18).

INSPECTED BY YOUR LOCAL BUILDING CODE AUTHORITY OR
FIRE MARSHAL BEFORE STARTING A FIRE IN YOUR STOVE OR
INSERT. NOTIFY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.
