LEGEND:
Time Elapsed:
time elapsed since the controller powered up.
Connection:
LAN connection mode abbreviation (e.g. ETH for Ethernet etc.)
Mode:
Controller operation mode (Web, Server, Client, Standalone).
Connected:
In Client and Server operation modes, shows IP address of connected PC running the
control software.
Duration:
In Client and Server operation modes, shows the current connection duration.
Rx:
The number of bytes received during the current connection session.
Tx:
The number of bytes transmitted during the current connection session.
Jumper Position:
The current jumper position: CONFIG, NORMAL or LOCK.
5.3 Connection Setup Tab
Connection Setup Tab allows setting up the network connection type and connection
parameters. Parameters configuration is similar to those of an Internet router.
5.3.1
Ethernet
If Ethernet connection type is selected, the interface looks as follows:
If a DHCP Server is present on the LAN, all controller network settings can be acquired from it
automatically.
Use DHCP:
DHCP server automatically provides IP address and other network parameters
needed to work in this LAN.
No DHCP:
Manual network parameters configuration required for this LAN.
