Authentication: Managing users
Adding a new user
To add a new user:
1.
Log into the IPE Dashboard as a user with Administrator privileges (the default
admin
user has this
automatically).
2.
In the IPE Dashboard, display the Device Details page for the Master emu3 unit.
3.
Expand the
Authentication
panel.
4.
Select
Create new user…
from the
User Name
drop-down menu:
5.
Enter a User Name.
6.
Select a Role (
User
or
Administrator
) from the drop-down menu.
7.
Enter a suitable password.
8.
Click
OK
.
