Adding the NDIS Logical Adapter

After you respond 

OK

 to the message that the driver is 

running, the NDIS Driver Setup dialog box appears.

Figure 4-9.  NDIS Driver Setup Dialog Box

The Adapter section of this dialog box displays the NDIS 
logical adapter that is created automatically with the driver 
installation. Use this dialog box after you finish the driver 
installation to set up WAN transport protocols and channels for 
logical adapters (as described in 

Setting Up Channels for 

Logical Adapters

 on page 75

To continue with the driver installation, do the following:

Click 

OK

 to add the new logical adapter to the 

operating system and close the NDIS Driver Setup 
dialog box.
