iSPAN Serial WAN Adapter Users Guide

Connecting to the Network

ARNING

Before connecting the cable, read the

Safety Precautions

section at the front of this manual.

With the adapter installed, you are ready to connect the adapter
to the network, as follows:

Attach the appropriate connector to the adapter.

Reconnect the power cable and turn on the computer.

After connecting the adapter to the network, install the adapter
software. To install NDIS software, see

Installing the

NDIS Software Package

on page 35

. To install SNA Link

Service software, see

Installing SNA Server Link Services

Software
