Chapter 6 Troubleshooting

No.

Procedure

Close the PHS unit, return the head to the cap position, carry out the
“Cleaning (A)”, and check for the effect by test printing.

Print the head shading test chart using head shading data and collect
the HS data again if necessary. (See Chapter 6.4 Head shading.)

Inspection item/Remarks

If the nozzle is still unsatisfactory or does not
eject correctly, clean the head face repeatedly.
