6
, PTEG)
Beech wood (for therapy tray tables)

fabrics, artificial leather, Dartex)
Powder coatings
DIN and standard parts
All materials used are classified as harmless to health
Powder-coated aluminum
interco undercarriages and some add-on parts are
made of aluminum and feature a resistant plastic coat-
ing Powder varnishes are used for coating Powder
varnishes are solvent-free coating materials, com-
posed of different resin systems, pigments as well as
special additives
Fabrics
interco uses different fabrics for covers and fixation
aids All materials used are flame-retardant
Synthetic leather
interco uses easy-care designer synthetic leather for
Dynaline restraints This synthetic leather is long-last-
ing, hard-wearing, very elastic and tear-resistant It
provides a good grip and offers a comfortable seating
experience In addition, it is resistant to urine, blood
and disinfectants, free of azo compounds, CFC, for-
maldehyde, as well as free of PCTs, PCPs and PCBs
Spacer fabric /mesh material
The spacer fabrics used have two outer textile layers,
which are connected by a number of spacer threads
This
3
D structure creates an insulating layer of air be-
tween the textile layers, which balances temperature
fluctuations effectively Furthermore, the spacer fab-
rics are very breathable, pressure-elastic, light and
tear-resistant
Supra-tex
The SUPRA-tex upholstery fabric consists of highly
tear-resistant polyamide It is impregnated to be water-
repellent, PU-coated on the back and flame-retardant
Neoprene
The neoprene used is a foam based on chloroprene
rubber (CR) It insulates very well, is waterproof and
very well tolerated by the skin In addition, the neo-
prene is tear and abrasion resistant, very elastic, re-
sistant to fungi and bacteria and eco-friendly
Trevira CS (fabrics)
Among others, interco uses Trevira CS fabrics for seat
covers These are easy to clean, dry quickly and keep
their shape In addition, Trevira CS can be disinfected
under hospital conditions
Dartex incontinence cover fabric
interco uses the incontinence-resistant upholstery fab-
ric Dartex for incontinence-resistant seat shells The
high-quality fabric meets all quality and safety require-
ments and is easy to wash off, sufficiently lightfast and
flame-retardant It does not cause allergies, is free of

Powder-coated aluminum
Clean undercarriages and attachments made of pow-
der-coated aluminum with mild soapy water and a soft
sponge Do not use aggressive or abrasive agents
These can damage the surface of the coating
Fabrics
Clean the fabric covers regularly before stains set in
You can vacuum or carefully brush the textiles Spilled
liquids should be wiped up immediately with an absor-
bent cloth You can also put a mild detergent solution
on a cloth, dab the stain with it and then rub off gently
with clear water
Note!
Bleach or whiteners should never be
applied to the fabrics / covers Never dry
the covers in the dryer! Only iron at a low tem-
perature
If you wish to wash the cover of the seating system
more often, a second cover for changing is recom-
mended Ask your local specialized dealers on this
topic
