Printer Care

11.4.1

Door Latch

There are two buttons on the

front

panel of the printer. One button

operates

the access door and the other

controls

the manual paper feed. With the

printer

mounted in its correct

orientation

the two control buttons are

upper left

of the front face. To open the

access

door to the printer press the

door latch

(the outer most of the two

buttons)

sideways toward the other

button,

using thumb or forefinger (see

Figure

#1). This will release the latch

and the

door can be swung outwards to

expose

the paper roll.

11.4.2

Paper Feed Button

With the printer in the correct
orientation the paper feed

button is

the rightmost of the two

buttons.

To manually advance the paper

depress

this button as shown in figure 2.

The

paper will continue to advance

while

the button is pressed.
