8 Management 

8.1 Management 

Setting 

The Cedar Command Line Interface is available through a serial console port, telnet or 
SSH. The Cedar Web Interface is accessible from any web browser on the network. The 
administrator can modify the telnet, SSH or Web interface setting by selecting 

Management

 from the menu

. 

 
 

 

 
 

8.2 SNMP 

 

In addition to the command line interface and web interface, the Cedar access point can 
be managed through SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). One of the 
applications that use SNMP to manage the Cedar AP is the Intelicis Multi-Service 
Wireless Switch, Cypress 1024.  
 
To display or change the setting of SNMP, select 

Management -> SNMP
