3.5.1
Floppy Disk Controller
The Compute Module does not support a floppy disk controller interface. However, the compute
module BIOS recognizes USB floppy devices.
3.5.2
Keyboard and Mouse Support
The Compute Module does not support PS/2 interface keyboards and mice. However, the
compute module BIOS recognizes USB specification-compliant keyboard and mice.
3.5.3
Wake-up Control
The super I/O contains functionality that allows various events to power on and power off
the system.
3.6
Video Support
The Compute Module includes a video controller in the on-board Server Engines* Integrated
Baseboard Management Controller along with 64 MB of video DDR2 SDRAM. The SVGA
subsystem supports a variety of modes, up to 1600 x 1200 resolution in 8/16 bpp modes under
2D. It also supports both CRT and LCD monitors up to a 100 Hz vertical refresh rate.
The video is accessed using a standard 15-pin VGA connector found on the front panel of the
compute module.

The integrated video controller supports all standard IBM VGA modes. The following table
shows the 2D modes supported for both CRT and LCD.
