Figures

The figures at the right shows the heatsink

top and bottom view.

The thermal grease, shown in the bottom

view, is important to ensure heat transfer

from the integrated heat spreader (IHS) to

the heatsink.

Wipe the surface of the CPU integrated heat

spreader surface with a clean towel. Ensure

surface is free from debris.
