6.3.3 Voltages

Voltages are measured by connecting in one of the two indicated ways (see
figure below). The two methods can be combined if care is taken to avoid
ground loops.

1) Signals with Common ground reference.

Connect sensors

Place switch in position

2) ”Floating” signals.
