Begin The Workout
Before beginning any fitness program, see your physician for a complete physical examination. To maintain your
balance, always grasp a handlebar when you step on or off the foot pedals, and when you use the keypads.
1. Hold on to a handlebar and step on the foot pedals.
2. When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling.

Total Body Training
The handlebars on the elliptical trainer provide an upper-body workout which helps increase cardiovascular
fitness. The incline function provides adjustable angel from 13° to 40° with 16 levels to optimize your lower
body training. In addition to the pedal forward, program of reverse training focus on your muscle of entire lower
body by pedal backward. Various workout postures keep your workout fresh and exciting in any program.
