The belt must run at a speed of 6 km/h while
you make this adjustment.
You should only turn the screws a quarter
of a revolution at a time. Do not tighten the
screws too much, as this may damage the
treadmill.
If the belt slips
If the belt is too loose, it may slip on the
rollers or it may stop when a person steps on
it. Turn both adjustment screws clockwise
to tighten the belt. You should only turn the
screws a quarter of a revolution at a time.
