DISPLAY
“DISTANCE”
Shows completed or remaining distance on
the display.
For body measurement, the body value “age”
is entered in this display.
“TIME”
Shows used or remaining time on the display.
For body measurement, the body value
“height” is entered in this display.
“CALORIES”
Shows consumed or remaining calories.
Shows program numbers 1-12 when
selecting the program.
Shows the current indicative pulse when
using the pulse function.
For body measurement, the body value
“weight” is entered in this display.
“SPEED”
Shows current speed from 0.8 to 16.0 kph.
For body measurement, the gender (icon for
male/female) is entered in this display.
Use
Connect the dead man’s switch to the
computer and place the cord around your
wrist or use the clip to secure it to your
clothes. This ensures that the treadmill stops
automatically if you are moved back off the
treadmill.
If the dead-man’s switch is not on, the
display will show the message “SAFE” and the
treadmill cannot be started.
Playback from an MP3 player
Connect your MP3 player’s headphone
output to the socket marked “MP3” on the
computer. Control the playback of tracks via
your MP3 player.
Pulse measurement
When running on the treadmill, hold the
pulse sensors (3) on both handles for at least
5 seconds. Your current pulse is shown in the
“Calorie” display.
Your pulse is measured most accurately
when the treadmill is still and you hold your
hands on the pulse monitors for at least 30
seconds.
NB! The pulse values are for guidance and are
only intended to aid training.
Adjusting the incline
You can adjust the treadmill to 3 diff erent
gradients using the brackets (9).
Make sure that both brackets are adjusted
identically so that the treadmill is stable and
cannot tip over.
Automatic shut-off
If the treadmill has been inactive for 10
minutes, it automatically goes into standby
to save power. Press any button to turn the
treadmill back on.
Quick start (manual use)
Press the Start/Stop button. A 3-second
countdown will be shown on the display,
after which a beep will be heard and the belt
will start at a speed of 0.8 km/h.
Adjust the speed by pressing the Speed +/-
buttons or the 3/6/9/12 buttons.
Press the Start/Stop button to stop training.
