If yes please fill out the table with following check points.
Before you begin, configure the C520/R520 for RTD measurement 3-wire connection on both
channels. Select measuring range 0...+100
° C, output – dedicated dynamic variable Ch1 select
sensor break and sensor short circuit to downscale, thereafter to upscale value.
Also check the Sensor backup function by selecting Sensor backup. This is done in step 4.

2 Simulate sensor break for each single wire (on
terminals 1...5) and check the output value (
