The thermostat is malfunctioned.
Heaters are incorrectly connected or burnt. (Replace
the malfunctioned heater with a new one.)
REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS
IMPORTANT:
Make sure to cut off the power
connection before performing any maintenance
activity on the device.
Thermostat and Switch
Remove the control panel.
Detach the thermostat or the switch from connectors.
Dismount the thermostat or the switch and replace it
with a new one. Make the relevant connections and
replace the control panel.
USING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING:
Avoid touching the hot surfaces of the device!
This device must only be used by an authorized
personnel who have received training accordingly.
The device is particularly intended to keep food stuff
warm and making sauces. Don’t use the device for
any other purpose.
IMPORTANT: Never operate the heaters when
the water tank is empty.
In case of any failure in the device, turn off the main
switch feeding the device.
Only contact with the personnel of the authorized
service approved by the manufacturer and only use
original spare parts.
Before initial use of the device, thoroughly clean all
the surfaces in contact with food.
For cleaning, fill the pool with water and detergent to
yhe upper tray. After boiling the water for a few
minutes, clean the pool and finally rinse it with clean
water.
Safety Element:
The limited thermostat on the
device ensures safe use by cutting off the power
circuit when water is overheated.
