Start-up and temperature adjustment
Follow the steps below on the operated device.
Press the “SET” button and the screen will
display setting temperature.
In order to increase the temperature value
displayed in the screen press button “2”.
In order to decrease the temperature value
displayed in the screen press button “4”.
Finally, in order to confirm the set value, press
"SET" button.
Cupboard temperature settings: 30°C / 90°C
Pool temperature settings: 30°C / 110°C

Loading Product
In order to make sure that the food is protected
during the distribution of the heat, use GN 1/1
Gastronome containers with a depth of 150mm.
The food must be kept in the containers at a
temperature over 70° C. In order to prevent rapid
cooling, don’t fill more than half of the Gastronome
container at a time.
For best use of the counter unit, leave sufficient
space between shelves so as to allow easy
circulation of air. Do not leave food required to be
protected at high temperatures for long time or
delicate products.
Turning off the device
Turn On/Off button to “Off”.
Turn the W automat fuse to which the device is
connected to off.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Avoid washing the device using pressurized
water.
Before starting cleaning or maintenance process,
make sure to disconnect the device from power.
Don’t use any material which can scratch the
surfaces such as detergents with abrasive content or
wire brushes when cleaning device surfaces.
If you find any abnormal condition on the device,
inform the authorized service. Never allow
incompetent people intervene the device.
Never use any detergents with abrasive content
which can damage the interior or exterior of the
device or wire brushes which can scratch the
surfaces.
Don’t clean the device using direct or
pressurized water. Otherwise, it can result in
failure of the power installation.
If you find any dangerous condition on the
device,
inform
the
authorized
service.
(Particularly indicate the serial number and
model written on the label located on the side of
the device in your reference.) Don’t allow
incompetent people intervene the device.
Otherwise your device shall be out of guarantee.
Besides, maintenance and repair of any failures
resulting from your failure in performing the
maintenance activities you are liable for shall be
subject to a fee.
If the device shall not be operated for a long
period, disconnect the power, remove the food
inside out, clean all the surfaces using a
disinfectant is harmless food stuff in order to
protect it against oxidation, leave the doors open
in order to prevent mold, odors and oxidation
and cover it in order to protect against dust.
