Ethernet
Primary IP Address
IP Address:
The default IP on this gateway.
Subnet Mask:
The default subnet mask on this gateway.
RIP:
RIP v1, RIP v2, and RIP v2 Multicast. Check to enable RIP function.
IP Alias
This function supports the creation of multiple virtual IP interfaces on this gateway. It helps to connect two
or more local networks to the service provider or to remote nodes.
IP Address:
Specify an IP address on this virtual interface.
SubNetmask:
Specify a subnet mask on this virtual interface.
Security Interface:
Specify the firewall setting on this virtual interface.
Internal:
The network is behind NAT. All traffic will do network address translation when sending out to the
Internet if NAT is enabled.
External:
There is no NAT and connected to the Internet directly on this IP interface. This option is used
when the ISP provides multiple public IP addresses.
