3.7.1 Ping
Ping a tool many technicians are familiar with. It simply sends ICMP packets across the network to a
remote host, and then retransmits an ICMP packet back to the original sender.
To do a ping, enter the navigation panel, select
Tools>>Ping,
then enter the “
Ping
” page,
as shown
below.
