System
This allows you to restart the system and set the default configuration.
Serial Interface
This displays the serial communication information between the card and inverters. This allows you to configure
the operating parameters.
Update
This allows you to update the software.
3.3. Firmware update
You can update the card’s firmware several different ways. On the Ingeteam website (www.ingeteam.com) you can
download the latest firmware.
3.3.1. Update via USB
1. From the Ingeteam website download the file AAX10##IJU01##.tar with the latest firmware version.
2. Copy this file into the root directory of a USB memory.
3. With the card powered, connect the USB memory to it.
4. The card will detect the USB connection and check to see if the firmware saved on it is later than its
current version.
5. During this update process the card’s LED will flash quickly. This process will last about 3 minutes.
6. Once the process is complete, the card will reset and the LED will stop flashing. Now you can remove the
USB memory.
3.3.2. Updating via the INGECON SUN Manager
1. From the Ingeteam website download the file AAX10##IJU01##.tar with the latest firmware version.
2. Open the INGECON SUN Manager software.
3. In the top menu File , open Access level .
4. Write ingeconinstaller and validate.
5. In the top menu Utils , open Comm Board Firmware Upgrade .
6. Load the file AAX10##IJU01##.tar in the field Firmwarization File .
7. Enter the serial number of the card to update.
8. Select the connection type (local or remote) and complete the required fields.
9. Click on Add Module to Queue . The card to update is added to the update list.
10. If you want to update the firmware of more than one card, repeat steps 7 and 8 with each card.
11. Press Start . The update process starts on all cards listed.
12. In the field Console you can see the updating process status.
3.3.3. Updating via the web browser
1. Access the web via the card’s IP address.
2. Select the menu Update to access the update area.
3. Press the Update button to check for available software updates.
4. If there are updates available, they are listed.
5. Press the Upgrade button to install the updates.
