are not required on units with a disc brake.
(2) Winch Reduction Gear Assembly includes items 33, 34, the Output Carrier Assembly (items 35 through 44), the Input
Carrier Assembly (item 39 [quantity 6], items 45 through 53, items 83 through 86), and items 51 through 59.
(3) 12 and 24 inch drum refers to winches equipped with drum band brakes. 15 and 27 inch drum refers to winches without
drum band brakes.
(4) Wire rope anchor for 9/16 to 3/4 inch (14 to 18 mm) wire rope only.
(5) Washers (items 38 through 40 and items 84 through 86) must be installed in quantities necessary to establish end clearances
noted in the “MAINTENANCE” section.
