2. If the temperature of the discharged air falls
below 36 ºF [2ºC] and the temperature of the
intake falls below 46 ºF [8ºC]:

The control panel will temporarily display
error message E6;

The fans will be switched off, but the valve of
the water- side control will stay open.
Caution:
The frost protection reduces the risk of
freezing but does not guarantee
complete protection.
Take the following precautions if you
install the unit in a room where frost
may occur:
-
Ensure constant circulation of the water
at the right temperature;
-
Add up to 50% glycol to the water
when the unit is not in operation during
the wintertime;
-
Or bleed the system and the unit.
2.5.4 Connecting the unit
1. Connect the unit to the central heating system.
2. Vent the heat exchangers.
3. Check all connections for leaks.
