Figure 12: Inbox Pop-up Menu

•

The Inbox pop-up menu provides functionality to organise the messages in the Inbox folder.

Go to top

will scroll to the very top of the display and display the most recently received

message of the Inbox folder.

•

Message menu will open a sub-menu to organise the currently highlighted message.

Move to

will move the currently selected message to a different folder

•

Delete

will move the currently selected message to the Trash folder

•

Protect

. This option will protect the current message from accidental deletion. A protected

message cannot be deleted or moved to another folder. A tick in the Protect box will show that
the current message is protected. Furthermore a protected message shows the word SAFE in
the right corner of the message heading.
