2. Remove and retain four screws

headlight
assembly.
Disconnect
headlight connector

from headlight. Carefully
set assembly aside.
INSTALL POWER SUPPLY MODULE
1. Remove and discard bolt

. Pull bracket

and
harness

away to access amplifier mount.
2. Connect 6-Pin Connector Cap

to plug on
Power Supply Module

.
3. Install Power Supply Module

into fairing
bracket. Ensure two tabs slide into bracket as
shown.
4. Secure Power Supply Module

with new bolt

and nut
t
. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
36 in. lbs. (4 Nm)
5. Locate connector for Power Supply Module
q
and plug connector into module, press on
connector until an audible “click” is heard.
Gently pull on connector to ensure connector is
fully seated.
