2.5 Cooling Module Installation
2.5.1 Parts Check List
• 2 Cooling modules
or
• 1 Cooling module and 1 Cooling module blank
2.5.2 Procedure
1 Loosen the screws securing both retaining brackets (see Figure 2–1 ) and slide the brackets up or down,
depending on the location of the cooling module to be installed, until they are clear of the sides of the
cooling module.
2 Slide the cooling module fully into the enclosure. A slight resistance will be felt as the connector pushes
home and the rear face of the tray will be flush with the rear members of the enclosure.
3 Repeat the procedure to install the second cooling module or cooling module blank .
4 Return the retaining brackets to the centre position and tighten the securing screws.
