Problem
Solution
Once the processing is complete, the flour
is not mixed well.
Remove the hooks from the mixture and mix lightly with your hands working inwards until
a smooth mixture is obtained.
Start the processing with the beaters (6) for 1 minute, mixing part of the flour with the
water. Switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the socket. Change the whisks
with the hooks (7-8) and continue processing for 2 minutes, pouring all the flour in.
Switch the appliance off, remove it from the bowl and lightly mix it by hand to work in the
flour. Continue processing with the hooks (7-8) for 1 minute.
The cream is not whipped properly.
Use fresh cold cream from the fridge.
