WASTE DISPOSAL PROCEDURE
to Directive 96/2002/EC - WEEE (Waste of Electric and Electronic Equipment)
The symbol in the back of the product indicates that electric and electronic
equipment are subject to separated waste disposal. At the end of the product
life time, do not dispose of it with urban solid waste but rather deliver it to a
specific green waste collection centre in your area. Alternatively, your dealer will
dispose of your old product when you purchase a new one which has the same functions.
Separate disposal/collection procedures for electric and electronic waste are established
in the framework of the EC environmental policy aimed at maintaining, protecting and
improving the quality of our environment and preventing possible dangerous effects on
human health as well as misuse of the products or parts thereof.
WARNING!
Lack of compliance with local rules and regulations on disposal of electric and
electronic equipment may be punished by application of fees and pecuniary penalties.
THIS PRODUCT IS COMPLIANT WITH
Directive 95/2002/EC (RoHS)
(Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) enforced by the European Community in
February 2003. This Directive concerns the restrictions of use of certain dangerous materials
(lead – quicksilver - cadmium – hexavalent chromium - polybrominated biphenyls PBBs -

concerning the disposal of electric and electronic devices and their collection, recycling and
recovery. The RoHS Directive is part of a law project aimed at solving the problem of the
enormous quantity of waste generated by obsolete electronic equipment.
