The moment you choose to use or access such Services and materials, you do so on your
own initiative and you are hence fully responsible for complying with current legislation,

i’m S.p.A. and its licensees reserve the right to modify, suspend, delete or disable access to any
Services at any moment in time without prior notice. i’m S.p.A. shall under no circumstances
be held liable if access to these Services is deleted or disabled.
i’m S.p.A. also reserves the right to impose limits on the use and accessibility of certain
Services, at any moment in time without prior notice or obligation of any kind.
6. Conclusion
This License shall remain in force until terminated. The rights granted by this License shall
automatically terminate or otherwise cease to be effective, without any prior notice due by
i’m S.p.A., in all cases of default of any term or condition pursuant to this License. Following
the conclusion of this License, you shall be obliged to cease all use of the i’m Watch software.
Paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 will remain valid even after the conclusion of the same.
7. Disclaimer of other Warranties
7.1 If you are a consumer-customer (i.e. if the i’m Watch software is used for personal and not
business or professional use), the country of residence of the user could impose legal rights
that prohibit the application of the following limitations.
7.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby acknowledge and expressly accept
that the use of the i’m Watch software and services is at your own risk, also accepting the risk
regarding the quality, performance, accuracy and satisfactory use.
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the i’m Watch software and services performed by
the software are provided where and when available, with all possible errors and without
any form of warranty; i’m S.p.A. and its licensees expressly disclaim all warranties and
conditions, express, implied or statutory, concerning the i’m Watch software and services
including, without limitation, implied warranties and/or marketing conditions relating to
quality satisfaction, fitness of the product to meet a specific purpose, precision, enjoyment
free from disturbance and no evaluation of third party rights.
